1. How do I shop at https://www.seiffen.com?
The steps to conclude a contract are as follows:
Our online store offers you an overview of the various categories of our product range in the central header. These categories are subdivided for better discoverability in further subcategories.Furthermore, there is the possibility of the search field to find appropriate articles or article types. To narrow down, you can also use filters, to the product variety in terms of price or manufacturer, etc. according to your wishes. In general, several articles are displayed. You can select the number of products to be displayed (12,24,36,48) per page. You can obtain further information on a product by clicking on one of the products.In the context of the now opening product view you receive further information about the product and can regard it in the special detail view with magnifying glass function more exactly. If you like you put the article in the desired number of items into the shopping cart.Click simply on "into the Warenkorb" and already this step is settled. Both in the context of the product selection and later, you have the possibility both article and quantity to change.By clicking on the Warenkorbsymbol (in the upper right range of the Shop) the pieces selected so far are indicated to you. To correct the items in the shopping cart, you can select a different quantity or remove the product by clicking the X behind the product. After placing the item in the shopping cart, you always have the choice, whether to continue shopping or whether you want to complete the ordering process.
Selecting the button "Checkout" will take you to the next ordering step, of entering your data. Here you can log into your existing customer account by entering your e-mail address and password provided during registration or you can enter your personal data as a new customer. Here you have the choice, whether you want to create a customer account with password for future orders or not. Because of the storage of your data, you must agree to the validity of our privacy policy for the further order process. These can always be found in the footer at the end of each page view.
In the next step, please enter your billing- and delivery address.
After that you have to choose the payment method for your order. By clicking the button: "Next" you will get to the last step. Here you have the possibility to enter voucher codes and to check all details of your order and if necessary to change.
After agreeing to our terms and conditions and the possibility to receive our free newsletter, you can complete the order, if all details and products are entered correctly, by clicking the button "Order for payment". This sends the order to us and you make a binding purchase offer.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation, which is not yet an acceptance of your offer, but a summary of your order. It is provided with the terms and conditions and the cancellation. The contract is concluded in accordance with paragraph 2 of our terms and conditions.
2. How can I pay?
Click on the shopping cart icon (in the upper right area of the store). Clicking on "checkout" at the end of the shopping cart will first take you to enter your personal data and then to our payment system. Please select your payment method:
a. Prepayment
Payments and transfers are to be made to the following account: SEIFFEN.COM by Nestler GmbH

Intended use: Order number / invoice number and name of the customer
The shipment of the goods takes place with the payment method prepayment after receipt of money on the above.g. account.
b. Credit card
Credit card payments are processed by the provider WorldPay (UK) Limited, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF, United Kingdom. All entries are made directly into WorldPay (UK) Limited's system in London via an encrypted data connection and therefore cannot be viewed or stored by us. The debit of your account in case of credit card payment will take place immediately after completion of the order.
c. PayPal
Your data will be encrypted and forwarded to the payment system and processed via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg processed. Terms of use for PayPal can be found on the homepage www.paypal.de. Again, all entries are made directly into the system of PayPal (Europe) and can not be viewed or stored by us.
d. Amazon Pay
Simply use the information from your Amazon account, to shop with us quickly, easily and securely.
e. CreditPlus Bank AG
At SEIFFEN.COM by Nestler GmbH you also have the option of financing the order through CreditPlus Bank AG. All further details will be displayed to you as part of the ordering process (minimum financing amount, financing interest rate, term, procedure flow).
f. invoice
Payment by invoice, which is only possible within Germany, can only be selected up to an order value of 800.00 euros plus. Shipping costs are selected as well as under the condition, that delivery- and billing address are the same. The invoice amount is due immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Please note in detail our terms and conditions. After checking your entries for accuracy, you can send the order.
3. How do I get my items?
Shipping is carried out by DEUTSCHE POST AG, DHL, UPS in packaging licensed according to the specifications of the Packaging Ordinance to the delivery address specified in the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A dispatch to post office boxes and DHL post offices is not possible with payment method invoice.
4. What do I, if my package arrives damaged?
In the case of obvious damage to the package - so a transport damage - we ask you to immediately make a complaint to the deliverer and inform SEIFFEN.COM by Nestler GmbH about it. Gladly with a photo by e-mail of the damaged package.
This obligation to give notice of defects has, however, on your warranty claim or the right of withdrawal, but only serves us to preserve evidence against the shipping company, if the order was placed as a consumer.
If, despite careful checks, a defective product is shipped,briefly describe the error and please let us know, which statutory warranty right you wish to claim,because only in this way unnecessary costs are avoided.
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the obligation to give notice of defects according to § 377 HGB applies.

5. What do I do, if I have chosen the wrong product?
Please contact us as soon as possible, so that possibly. an unnecessary shipment can be stopped. Otherwise you, if you are a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal to. Please note the information under the item right of withdrawal.
6. What happens to my data?
Comprehensive information on the use and protection of your data and special information rights and revocation options can be found under the information point Privacy. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on commercially to third parties,such as address trading.
